How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Daretired Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Daretired Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Daretired Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@daretired.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
